NanoLaserPeel and MicroLaserPeel are non-invasive laser treatments by Sciton that remove the outermost layer of skin to treat sun damage, aging, and other skin concerns. Sciton’s erbium resurfacing technology is even more effective and has less downtime than CO2 lasers.
Looking to polish your skin but only have the weekend? Meet NanoLaserPeel—the lunchtime peel for a brighter, smoother, and more even complexion. This ablative erbium laser uses precise light energy to remove a very thin layer of dull, damaged skin, while a MicroLaserPeel penetrates deeper into the skin, allowing for more significant improvements in skin texture and concerns like wrinkles and scars. This process stimulates new growth, enhancing the skin’s natural rejuvenation process.
These treatments are ideal for those with mild to moderate superficial skin concerns such as fine lines, wrinkles, scars, texture, and uneven pigmentation. Treatment settings are adjustable to fit the lifestyle needs and desired downtime. Depending on the treatment area and depth, the healing process will take approximately 3-14 days. Results can last several months, depending on the individual’s skin type and regimen.

Combination therapies are a faster and more complete option for patients who want the best results in the shortest amount of time. When combing BBL and a Nano or Micro LaserPeel together, you will experience more than just an additive effect of the two, but an actual synergistic effect. BBL will target sun damage, age spots, acne, uneven skin tone, redness, and vascular lesions. Nano or Micro LaserPeel will target fine lines and texture and also help the disrupted pigment from the BBL rise to the surface and slough off, speeding up the purging process. Together, they address a variety of both surface imperfections and deeper concerns in one single session, delivering unparalleled results.

Individuals with superficial skin concerns such as fine lines, wrinkles, uneven pigmentation, or mild scarring are ideal candidates for these treatments.
While nano & micro laserpeel is safe and effective for most people, some individuals may not be ideal candidates due to certain skin conditions, health concerns, or lifestyle factors. Please consult with your healthcare provider if you are unsure. Precautions to consider:
Patients notice results within one week after their initial treatment, with continued improvement over the following months as your body produces collagen.
Results can vary but typically last up to 6 months or more, however, to maintain these benefits, additional maintenance treatments may be recommended, depending on individual needs and desired outcomes. Proper skincare and sun protection are also crucial for extending the duration of the results.
Both treatments involve minimal downtime. Immediately after treatment, your skin will feel hot like a sunburn for approximately 1-2 hours, sometimes longer. You will be sent home with a cooling bio-cellulose mask to provide comfort during this time. Following the procedure, you may experience a feeling of warmth, tightness, mild redness, and swelling similar to a sunburn sensation. Mild discomfort or sensitivity may persist for a few days. Peeling and dryness typically occur on days 3-5 as your skin renews. Depending on the treatment area and depth, the healing process will take about 3-5 days for NanoLaserPeel or 7-14 days for MicroLaserPeel. A post-care kit will be provided to help speed up healing.
Both treatments involve a brief procedure, typically lasting about 15-30 minutes with minimal discomfort. Topical numbing cream will be applied for approximately 20-40 minutes prior to treatment, however this is optional for NanoLaserPeel as the pain is very mild. Light from a laser can be harmful to eyes and wearing special safety eyewear is necessary at all times during the procedure. During treatment, a laser energy device delivers uniform and precise ablation at the level selected for your skin concerns to stimulate new skin cell growth. This process removes the superficial layer of the skin, resulting in the appearance of clearer, smoother skin. Laser treatment procedures may produce scanning patterns visible on the skin. This event usually fades while in the healing phase.
