Those funds are banked for you to spend on anything at Vital Skin Spa and secures you VIP pricing and perks. Every time you come in, we’ll see what funds are in your account and automatically apply those and your VIP discount to your purchase.

• Membership automatically renews the first of every month until canceled.
• Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers. If there is a current special on the service or product(s) you want, we’ll apply the discount that gives you the best value.
• Membership fee cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or applied towards any balance or fees.

• You may pause or cancel your membership at any time, however, please note that you can only pause or cancel up to 3 times per year without incurring any additional fees. After 3 times, you will be subject to a nominal cancellation fee of $100.
• You may pause or cancel your membership through your membership confirmation email or simply contact us at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle to avoid any charges as no refunds will be made.
• Membership benefits cannot be used during the paused period.
