A minimally invasive procedure to gently sand your skin, removing the thicker, uneven outer layer. During a microdermabrasion, micro-fine crystals are shot from a small tube onto your skin and simultaneously vacuumed back up. Think of this as working like a high-powered scrub. This type of skin rejuvenation has been proven safe and effective to renew overall skin tone and texture. It can improve and minimize the appearance of sun damage, wrinkles, fine lines, age spots, hyperpigmentation, large pores, acne scarring, melasma, stretch marks, and other skin-related concerns and conditions. There is usually no-time with this treatment other than mild redness and sensitivity.
Contraindications include sunburn, severe form of acne, Accutane (if used within the past 6 months), Juvederm used within past 14 days, Botox used within past 5 days, Eczema/Psoriasis, Cold sores or fever blisters, Open lesions, and children under 12 years. Aggressive exfoliation, waxing, Retin-A type products, and products containing acids should be avoided in the treatment area for a minimum of 3 days pre-treatment.

Combines the use of Microdermabrasion with a Professional Peel for a deeper exfoliation to brighten, smooth, and clear skin. Our professional peels are uniquely formulated with a combination of Intel-Release alpha and beta hydroxy acid peels that utilizes an advanced delivery system to slowly release Glycolic Acid, Lactic Acid or Salicylic Acid into the skin, while also containing calming agents for significantly less irritation and inflammation (common side effects of traditional peels). Mild irritation and peeling may still occur depending on the client's skin type.

Microdermabrasion Body Treatments can help to minimize scars, hyperpigmentation, body acne, stretch marks, fine lines and wrinkles, and exfoliate dry skin. These areas are often overlooked and neglected. Please note, some of these areas can be more sensitive than your face, therefore you may experience more redness and irritation depending on your skin sensitivity.

Your skin may experience some mild irritation, tightness, or redness right away. These are all normal reactions and will subside within 24 hours.
Although Microdermabrasion is generally a painless procedure, you may experience some mild discomfort at most depending on your skin sensitivity. The procedure has been compared to the rough lick of a cat's tongue. Some say it feels like a gritty facial massage, and others say they feel a minor tugging on the skin.
As with most procedures, client experiences may vary. Some people may experience a delayed onset of the previously mentioned symptoms.
Just one treatment will leave your skin looking bright and feeling buttery soft right away, although a series of treatments with take-home-products is recommended for improved, longer lasting results since Microdermabrasion treatments are cumulative.
The first 24 hours after your Microdermabrasion are the most important when it comes to ensuring the best possible results. Avoid anything that raises your body temperature, such as hot showers, sauna, steam rooms, and exercise for the first few hours after treatment.
Avoid wearing heavy makeup right after treatment. Use a rich moisturizer regularly as skin may feel dry/tight.
The treatment area is more susceptible to sunburn, sun damage, and hyperpigmentation. Avoid direct sun exposure and use a minimum of SPF 40 sunscreen.
Aggressive exfoliation, waxing, Retin-A type products, and products containing acids should be avoided in the treatment area for a minimum of 3 days post-treatment.

Your skin may experience some irritation, tightness, or redness right away. These are all normal reactions and will subside. Generally, it takes 2-3 days post treatment for any mild peeling to occur. You may not have any of these reactions, as the professional peel is gentle and suitable for all skin types. This also depends on the type of peel and how many layers were done.
You may experience mild to severe tingling and stinging during the treatment depending on your skin sensitivity. These sensations generally subside within three hours of treatment.
As with most procedures, client experiences may vary. Some people may experience a delayed onset of the previously mentioned symptoms.
You will likely not see results immediately after treatment. True results will show within 5-7 days post peel and last one to four weeks. For improved, longer lasting results, consider take-home products and monthly treatments since Professional Peel treatments are cumulative.
The first 24 hours after your Professional Peel are the most important when it comes to ensuring the best possible results. Avoid anything that raises your body temperature, such as hot showers, sauna, steam rooms, and exercise for the first day after treatment.
Avoid wearing heavy makeup for at least 24 hours after treatment. Use a rich moisturizer regularly as skin may feel dry and peel. Do NOT pick at dry skin as this increases your risk of developing a skin infection and scarring.
The treatment area is more susceptible to sunburn, sun damage, and hyperpigmentation. Avoid direct sun exposure and use a minimum of SPF 40 sunscreen.
Aggressive exfoliation, waxing, Retin-A type products, and products containing acids should be avoided in the treatment area for a minimum of 5 days post-treatment.
